Marcel Fischer
Hejhej,
I am Marcel, 36 years old and have been working for Klarna for 4 years now. I am part of Case Management and Telephony where we own Freshdesk and Purecloud. I am a CL and deeply care about personal development and enablement. I have a 10 year history in IT Sales and like to think I am able to bring people together to find good compromises. In my spare time I like to go for nice walks in nature, play with my cat and the occasional video game.
All the workplace topics are interesting to me but I am also especially curious about the promotion-, competence- and work from home-/return to office policies.
Greetings Marcel

Haider Raza
I joined the company 2.5 years ago as part of the analytics team, and I moved to Sweden with Klarna as an expat. Since then, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to work in such a dynamic environment while also exploring my love for outdoor activities and travel. My main motivation for running for the union board is to provide better support to colleagues who, like me, have relocated to Sweden for work—especially those from non-EU countries. I want to help expats understand how changes in the job affect them, what their rights are, and how to negotiate better terms tailored to their individual circumstances. My goal is to make sure that all colleagues, regardless of where they come from, feel empowered and supported.

Natalie Whitton
Hi everyone! I have been working at Klarna for 3 years in engineering, starting out in the Graduate Engineering Program here. My intention to join the Finans Forbundet board is to be open and honest with the members about communications between the board and Klarna, to listen to what the members want while representing them, and to help keep a great workplace for everyone. At a previous job, I was an ombudsman for a year, so I have experience with working in a union as a representative.
